Sunriver Quilt Show Vendor Registration & Payment – CANCELLED

The Village at Sunriver and the Mountain Meadow Quilt Guild will be presenting the 31st Annual Sunriver Quilt Show on August 1, 2020.
Over 200 quilts will hang throughout the Village in front of the stores and cafes. Quilts are for viewing, with some for sale. Mountain Meadow Quilters and The Village at Sunriver welcome vendors with unique, fun and unusual items that will complement the quilt show event. You will need to provide your own tent, tables, extension cords and power strips. As weather in August is unpredictable but usually hot, we advise all vendors to bring a tent and lots of water.
Some changes have occurred with our space layout for this year. The Village management has requested that we submit our plan for vendor spaces to both the fire department and the Village management staff for prior approval. We have been authorized to use more of the inner courtyard area and will be able to spread things out. Some of the older spaces will be done away with but more spaces will result. As soon as this plan is approved, we will send it out by email to all vendors for you to review and select a location. Each space will be numbered and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
This year, as in past years, vendors are required to not sell items that compete with established businesses in the village area. However, the board of directors has eliminated the request for vendors to not sell items that compete with guild member items for sale. Vendors have an additional option available to them. You may purchase a single 10’ x 10’ space at our normal fee of $50.00, two (2) spaces at $100, or purchase three (3) spaces at $50.00 each and get a fourth space for free plus the ability to use display racks directly in front of your spaces out to five (5) feet.
This form may be used in lieu of the mailed-in registration form and payment may be made below. Vendors who qualify for a fourth free space will have it added later without cost. After registration, please download the Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. This requires an original signature and needs to be mailed to Mountain Meadow Quilters, PO Box 3254, Sunriver, Or 97707. We cannot allow any vendors to participate in the show without these completed and signed forms.
